Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when payment is confirmed by our payment processor and the order is marked paid. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable or a pricing error occurred — and any amount taken is refunded in full.

Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax and shipping unless stated. Applicable tax and shipping are calculated and shown before you pay. Prices shown in your browser are always recalculated on our servers before payment is taken.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Notify the studio immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the store, access data belonging to other customers, or use automated tooling to scrape or overload the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which iCrystalCo is registered. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
