Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to sell and deliver an order: your name, contact details, shipping and billing address, order history, and — if you create one — your account credentials, which are managed by our authentication provider.

Payments

Card details are entered directly into Square's secure payment fields and are never transmitted to or stored on iCrystalCo systems. We retain only the payment reference and the last four digits supplied by Square.

Marketing

Newsletter emails are sent only to addresses that have opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Access and deletion

You may request a copy of your personal data or ask for it to be deleted by contacting the studio. Records we are legally required to retain for tax and accounting purposes are preserved, with eligible profile data anonymised.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage required to keep your session and your shopping bag working. We do not store order totals, roles or payment data in your browser.
