Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are processed within one to two business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Rates and delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout from the destination address and the weight of the parcel. Delivery estimates are shown before payment and are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

A tracking number and carrier are emailed as soon as the parcel is handed over. You can also look up the current status on the order tracking page.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, or arrives damaged, contact the studio within seven days so a claim can be filed with the carrier.
