How do I choose a size?
Every product page carries a size chart plus the model's height and the size she is wearing. When you are between sizes on a fitted style, size up.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day are picked the same day. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact the studio as soon as possible. Once an order has been picked and packed it can no longer be changed, but it can be returned under our refund policy.
Which payments do you accept?
Card payments and supported digital wallets are processed securely by Square. iCrystalCo never sees or stores your card number.
