Refund Policy

Return window

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return from your account or by contacting the studio.

Final sale

Items marked final sale, and intimates or earrings for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Square. Refunded tax is reversed in proportion to the refunded items. Banks typically post the credit within five to ten business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
